Gabrielle Pearson (she/her) is an acclaimed producer, director, and sole founder of Majella, expanding the company and working seemlessly between Australia and the United States. Renowned for her introspective and intersectional approach to production, Gabrielle’s work centres around telling diverse and vital stories, on and off-camera. Gabrielle has written and directed films that have been selected in academy qualifying film festivals and screened internationally. Gabrielle creates with an authentic and recognizable palette that acts as a portal to evocative realities.
Consciously collaborating with diverse creatives and vital voices within the industry, Gabrielle paints an otherworldly picture of what a progressive, ground-breaking production company can look like.

NAARM (MELBOURNE) OFFICE | PRODUCER
Bella Millikin manages the operations of Majella's Naarm (Melbourne) office and serves as our dedicated local Producer in Naarm. She has a diverse background in film, having produced a range of projects, including some of our favourite commercials for the likes of Apple, Samsung and The Australian Ballet, as well as narrative films and music videos.
Bella's dedication and passion for her craft have earned her a reputation as a dedicated and breath of fresh air Producer. She thrives in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of filmmakin (not without the help of a strong soy latte). Bella's work spans from early stages of creative development through to execution and delivery. Her ability to adapt to different genres and projects is a testament to her versatility as a producer. Working alongside the talented individuals at Majella, she is inspired and reminded of her passion for filmmaking everyday.
